就本質而言,陽(yang)性(xing)(xing)電(dian)(dian)荷與陰性(xing)(xing)電(dian)(dian)荷并(bing)無區別,都能達(da)到同樣的(de)荷電(dian)(dian)程度。而實踐中對電(dian)(dian)性(xing)(xing)的(de)選(xuan)(xuan)擇(ze),是由其他標準(zhun)所決定(ding)(ding)的(de)。工業中按慣例除塵(chen)用的(de)靜電(dian)(dian)除塵(chen)器。選(xuan)(xuan)擇(ze)陰性(xing)(xing)是由于它(ta)具有較(jiao)高的(de)穩(wen)定(ding)(ding)性(xing)(xing),并(bing)且(qie)能獲得較(jiao)高的(de)操作電(dian)(dian)壓和較(jiao)大(da)的(de)電(dian)(dian)流。反之(zhi)(zhi),在(zai)空氣(qi)凈化中,由于要求減少臭(chou)氧的(de)產(chan)生,一般選(xuan)(xuan)擇(ze)陽(yang)性(xing)(xing)荷電(dian)(dian)。總之(zhi)(zhi),不論是選(xuan)(xuan)擇(ze)哪種荷電(dian)(dian)方(fang)式,基(ji)本的(de)準(zhun)則是使塵(chen)粒獲得大(da)的(de)荷電(dian)(dian)量,以適應其他條件的(de)要求。
在(zai)SZD型組合靜電(dian)(dian)除塵(chen)器(qi)的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)場中,塵(chen)粒(li)的(de)(de)荷(he)電(dian)(dian)機理基本有(you)兩種(zhong);一(yi)種(zhong)是(shi)電(dian)(dian)場中離子的(de)(de)吸附(fu)荷(he)電(dian)(dian),這種(zhong)荷(he)電(dian)(dian)機理通常稱(cheng)為電(dian)(dian)場荷(he)電(dian)(dian)或碰撞荷(he)電(dian)(dian);另(ling)一(yi)種(zhong)則是(shi)由(you)于離子擴(kuo)散現象的(de)(de)荷(he)電(dian)(dian)過程,通常這種(zhong)荷(he)電(dian)(dian)過程為擴(kuo)散荷(he)電(dian)(dian)。塵(chen)粒(li)的(de)(de)荷(he)電(dian)(dian)量(liang)與塵(chen)粒(li)的(de)(de)粒(li)徑、電(dian)(dian)場強度和停留時間等(deng)因素有(you)關。就大多數(shu)實(shi)際(ji)應用的(de)(de)工業(ye)靜電(dian)(dian)除塵(chen)器(qi)所(suo)捕集的(de)(de)塵(chen)粒(li)范圍而言(yan),電(dian)(dian)場荷(he)電(dian)(dian) 為重要。
1、電場荷電
在電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)場(chang)作用下,離子沿電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)力(li)線移動,與(yu)塵(chen)(chen)粒碰撞(zhuang)黏附于其上并(bing)將電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)荷(he)傳至塵(chen)(chen)粒,這(zhe)種荷(he)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)稱為電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)場(chang)荷(he)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)或轟擊荷(he)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)。這(zhe)種塵(chen)(chen)粒的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)荷(he)是電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)場(chang)強度E和粉(fen)塵(chen)(chen)絕緣特性的(de)(de)函數。
非導電(dian)性的塵粒(li),當(dang)其(qi)介(jie)電(dian)常數(shu)e=1時(shi),將不(bu)會引(yin)起(qi)電(dian)力(li)線的畸變,在時(shi)間t后塵粒(li)獲(huo)得的電(dian)荷等于通過塵粒(li)橫(heng)截(jie)面的離子個(ge)數(shu)。
有(you)導電性無電荷的(de)塵(chen)粒(li),其(qi)介電常數在1≤b≤8時,將引起(qi)電力線的(de)畸變(bian)(bian),塵(chen)粒(li)荷電和電力線畸變(bian)(bian)如圖(tu)所示(shi)。有(you) 多(duo)的(de)離子被塵(chen)粒(li)所吸附,隨(sui)著(zhu)塵(chen)粒(li)電荷增加(jia)電場(chang)的(de)畸變(bian)(bian)減(jian)小,當沒有(you)電力線攔(lan)截塵(chen)粒(li)軌(gui)跡(ji)時,則(ze)塵(chen)粒(li)的(de)荷電達到飽和狀態。
由于電(dian)場荷(he)電(dian)球形塵粒表面的飽和電(dian)荷(he)量和電(dian)荷(he)量如(ru)下(xia)。
2、擴散荷電
塵(chen)粒的(de)(de)擴散(san)(san)荷(he)電(dian)是(shi)由于(yu)離(li)子的(de)(de)無規則(ze)熱運動造(zao)成的(de)(de)。這(zhe)種(zhong)運動使離(li)子通過氣體(ti)擴散(san)(san),且不(bu)考慮離(li)子的(de)(de)隨機(ji)湍流運動,當離(li)子與存在的(de)(de)粉(fen)塵(chen)相碰撞(zhuang),然后黏附于(yu)其(qi)上,使粉(fen)塵(chen)荷(he)電(dian)。雖(sui)然外加(jia)電(dian)場有助于(yu)擴散(san)(san)荷(he)電(dian),但并不(bu)依賴于(yu)它。塵(chen)粒的(de)(de)荷(he)電(dian)量qd除隨時間t的(de)(de)增(zeng)加(jia)而(er)增(zeng)加(jia)外,它還取決于(yu)離(li)子的(de)(de)熱能和塵(chen)粒的(de)(de)大小等因素。在擴散(san)(san)荷(he)電(dian)過程中離(li)子的(de)(de)運轉并不(bu)是(shi)沿(yan)電(dian)力(li)線而(er)是(shi)任意的(de)(de)。
3、電場荷(he)(he)電和(he)擴散荷(he)(he)電的聯合(he)
一般情況下,兩種塵(chen)粒(li)(li)荷(he)電(dian)(dian)(dian)機理是同(tong)時存在的(de),只是對(dui)于(yu)不(bu)同(tong)粒(li)(li)徑大(da)小,不(bu)同(tong)機理所起的(de)主導(dao)作用不(bu)同(tong)而已。對(dui)于(yu)粒(li)(li)徑≤0.2um的(de)塵(chen)粒(li)(li)受(shou)擴散荷(he)電(dian)(dian)(dian)控制,對(dui)粒(li)(li)徑近似1um的(de)塵(chen)粒(li)(li)受(shou)電(dian)(dian)(dian)場荷(he)電(dian)(dian)(dian)控制。一般工業粉塵(chen)的(de)粒(li)(li)徑,只是小部分在上述(shu)范圍之內,關于(yu)兩種機理的(de)荷(he)電(dian)(dian)(dian)率疊加的(de)數學論述(shu)極(ji)為復雜。
4、反常的塵粒荷電
有(you)時在靜電(dian)除(chu)(chu)(chu)塵(chen)(chen)器(qi)中存在著(zhu)塵(chen)(chen)粒(li)荷電(dian)現象,結果造成塵(chen)(chen)粒(li)荷電(dian)異常地(di)低,給電(dian)除(chu)(chu)(chu)塵(chen)(chen)器(qi)正常工作帶來困(kun)難,降低了除(chu)(chu)(chu)塵(chen)(chen)效率(lv),嚴(yan)重時使靜電(dian)除(chu)(chu)(chu)塵(chen)(chen)器(qi)全部失效。
5、荷電塵粒的運動
粉(fen)塵荷(he)(he)電(dian)(dian)(dian)后(hou),在電(dian)(dian)(dian)場的(de)(de)作用下,帶(dai)有不同極性(xing)電(dian)(dian)(dian)荷(he)(he)的(de)(de)塵粒,則分別(bie)向極性(xing)相反的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)極運動,并沉積在電(dian)(dian)(dian)極上(shang)。工業電(dian)(dian)(dian)除(chu)塵多采(cai)用負(fu)(fu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)暈,在電(dian)(dian)(dian)暈區內少量帶(dai)正電(dian)(dian)(dian)荷(he)(he)的(de)(de)塵粒沉積到(dao)電(dian)(dian)(dian)暈極上(shang),而(er)電(dian)(dian)(dian)暈外區的(de)(de)大量塵粒帶(dai)負(fu)(fu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)荷(he)(he),因而(er)向收塵極運動。
處于收塵(chen)極和電(dian)暈極之間荷(he)電(dian)塵(chen)粒,受(shou)到四種力的作(zuo)用,其(qi)運動服(fu)從子牛頓(dun)定律。
氣體中(zhong)(zhong)的(de)細微塵(chen)(chen)粒的(de)重力(li)和介質(zhi)阻力(li)相(xiang)比很小, 可以(yi)忽(hu)略(lve)不(bu)計,所以(yi),在(zai)靜電(dian)除(chu)塵(chen)(chen)器中(zhong)(zhong)作用在(zai)懸浮(fu)塵(chen)(chen)粒上的(de)力(li)只剩下電(dian)力(li)、慣(guan)性力(li)和介質(zhi)阻力(li)。按牛頓定(ding)律這三個(ge)力(li)之和為零。解微分方程,并(bing)(bing)做(zuo)變換,根據在(zai)正常(chang)情況下,塵(chen)(chen)粒到(dao)達其終速度所需時(shi)間與塵(chen)(chen)粒在(zai)除(chu)塵(chen)(chen)器中(zhong)(zhong)停留的(de)時(shi)間達到(dao)平(ping)衡(heng),并(bing)(bing)向(xiang)收塵(chen)(chen)極做(zuo)等速運動,相(xiang)當于忽(hu)略(lve)慣(guan)性力(li),并(bing)(bing)且(qie)認為荷電(dian)區的(de)電(dian)場強度Ec和收塵(chen)(chen)區的(de)場強Ep相(xiang)等,都為E。
